Shipping & Returns

Shipping is €3.95 per order, and free on orders over €45. The cost is shown before you confirm your payment.

Orders placed and paid before 15:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend or on a public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the moment of dispatch and can be affected by the carrier. We currently do not ship outside these countries.

Every order is sent in plain, neutral outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside or which brand sent it.

You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us first by email at info@nutriogroup.com with your order number, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Send the product back within 14 days of that notice; you pay the return postage.

Pouches must be returned unopened with the seal intact. For hygiene and health reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 5 working days, using the same payment method you paid with.

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
