Dr. Berger is a brand of Nutrio Group B.V..

We sell food supplements for adults aged 18 and over. Dr. Berger Male Formula contains 15 capsules per pouch (12 g net). A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and is not a medicine.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price of Male Formula is €19.95 per pouch. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Product images are indicative. Obvious errors in price or description do not bind us, and we may cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Orders are placed and paid through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout (for example iDEAL, credit or debit card, Bancontact, KBC/CBC and Klarna). We never receive or store your full card details.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order if the product is unavailable, if the order appears fraudulent, or if we cannot ship to your address.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden. Shipping costs €3.95 and is free on orders over €45. Delivery details and times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us within that period by email at info@nutriogroup.com or by using the model withdrawal form below.

Return the product unopened and with its seal intact, within 14 days of your notice. You pay the cost of returning the goods. We refund the purchase price and standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return.

For hygiene and health reasons, sealed food supplements that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the recommended daily intake and the usage instructions on the pouch. If you take medication (including blood-thinning medication), have a cardiovascular condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is not intended for anyone under 18.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death, personal injury or damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract concluded through this website. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection rules of that country continue to apply.

We would always prefer to resolve a complaint directly. Email us and we will respond within 1 business day.
